Meet the provider

Dr. Richardson, fondly known as "Nicole",  is board certified as a Family & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at South University in 2016 and Masters of Science in Nursing with a graduate program focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in 2018. She is also backed by 21 years of nursing experience on various levels from CNA to RN from 2001 to 2018. She successfully completed a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2020 and a post-graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2023, both at Chamberlain University.

Dr. Richardson is an active member of the AANP, ANA, Polk County Advanced Practice Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She mentors nursing students and nurse entrepreneurs across the United States and precepts current nursing students in the Central Florida area in the specialties of pediatrics and geriatrics.

 

She is experienced in the areas of emergency nursing, pediatrics, integrative physical medicine, geriatrics, and women's health. Dr. Richardson treats patients of all ages from newborns to centennials.
